The 2009 Heavy Haulers Gathering in Laughlin was again a roaring success. We ended up with a surplus of $1950.

The plan is to send a batch of phone cards to Lt Col Chris Abrams, CO of HMH-463, currently deployed in Helmand Province in Afghanistan, and to use the remainder of the funds, the bulk of it, for phone cards for Bethesda and the Wounded Warrior program.
